Please read and understand these policies and procedures. You are expected to comply with all the vendor terms and conditions listed as a vendor. Failure to comply with these policies and practices will result in termination.
1. BEVERAGES AND FOOD
The Awakening Trade & Conference maintains the exclusive right to all beverage and food sales.
NO FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS ALLOWED
2. OFFENSIVE & ADULTS EXPLICIT MATERIALS
Offensive & Adults explicit materials are not allowed during the Expo ( Ex: Ethnically or racially offensive, sexually explicit materials)
3. ELECTRICITY: Electricity will be provided to vendor booths, with an extension Cord at an additional price
4. CLEAN UP: Vendors are responsible for cleanup of their space and removal of trash during and after the Expo
