Regina H. Onyeibe

Biography

Small Business Center Senior Coordinator and unofficial Africa Liaison for the City of Dallas. She now oversees the City of Dallas’ South Dallas Fair Park Opportunity Fund in her official role. This program administers grants and loans for non-profit and for-profit businesses in the Fair Park area. In this role, she is also the liaison for the SDFPOF Advisory Board and helps small businesses, non-profits, and entrepreneurs navigate the sometimes-murky waters when trying to start or scale their businesses. This is done by connecting entrepreneurs with community partners who assist the City of Dallas with arming small businesses and entrepreneurs with the tools, contacts, and knowledge necessary to get the doors of their new businesses open; for those already in business, helping them to scale their business.
