Biography

Ana Paula de Almeida Sebastiao do Nascimento is the general Consul of Angola in Houston, Texas.

She holds a postgraduate in human resources management from Luanda consulting team in Portugal. She also holds a degree in educational science, and linguistics in English from ISCED, At Agostinho Neto university.

Ana served in the past as the ministry of foreign affairs interim director of human resources,

And in 2007, she was the head of the department of Human Resources Management for staff training and performance evaluation.

She tirelessly works to serve all Angolan citizens living in the area of her jurisdiction and also serves national and foreign citizens who seek the service of the consulate of Angola in Houston.
