Damita Williams

Biography

Damita Williams holds several degrees, including a Doctor of Education and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University, a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from University of Saint Francis and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ball State University.

First joined HCA Healthcare, Medical City Healthcare’s parent company, in 2014, where she served as chief nursing officer for Methodist Children’s Hospital and Women’s Services and Methodist Hospital in San Antonio. Prior to those roles, she held numerous nursing leadership positions at large regional hospitals in Michigan and Indiana, where she first began her career as a neonatal ICU nurse.
