Coach Jeanine is the Founder and CEO of With You Solutions and Umoja Mag, providing a mix of personal development, leadership, and team development training and coaching programs. With You Solutions platform has helped more than 100 entrepreneurs to bring their business Global. She has held executive and other leadership positions in Leadership Management and Development with national retail corporations in Various countries in America, Africa, Europe, London, and Canada, has walked alongside ministry founders, and consulted on other projects to create scalable solutions in building and equipping teams.
For 15 years, Coach Jeanine has been helping Global Leaders to create an extension of their business globally. Coach Jeanine always brings thousands of business and global leaders together every year. Coach Jeanine also served as a liaison between many corporations and government entities globally. Her leadership and her Experience for a management consulting firm, during which she led the training of Serving Leadership in several large healthcare organizations, as well as a division of women global business in Africa Expo 2021.
